Default Amazin' football stat - be glad Ravens have Joe

    Name the NFL franchise:

It's been 26 years since this NFL team's drafted QB won a game. All the wins since 1987 for this team have come from QBs obtained from free agency, trades, etc. No drafted QB has won a game for them since the Houston Oilers made the playoffs as a wildcard, Walter Payton played his last season and Cleveland won a playoff game.

    Anyone glad we have Joe?

Here is another amazing fact since 1993 the only college to produce 2 QBs who have started in the Super Bowl is The University of Delaware Blue Hens.

I wonder if Andy Reid read that stat before he took the KC job.

That's some crazy **** right there. Counting the upcoming Super Bowl, that's 26 different schools, and Delaware is the only repeat.

(UCLA, Miami (FL), BYU, NE Louisiana, Maryland, Southern Miss, Washington St., Stanford, Washington, Northern Iowa, Alcorn St., Fresno St., Penn St., Michigan, Florida St., LA-Lafayette, Syracuse, Miami (OH), Boston College, Tennessee, Florida, Ole Miss, Purdue, California, Nevada & Delaware)

Indeed. Isn't he 10-0 against a certain team?

If I were a Cleveland Browns fan right now which I'm not I would be pissed at the way the new Browns franchise has been run since they resumed play in 1999, more than if Modell goes to the hall or not. They had bonus draft picks and more cap space to start out while the Ravens could not afford a practice squad when they came to Baltimore in the beginning. All Cleveland got was one playoff appearance, while the Ravens have been to many playoff appearances as well as one Super Bowl Championship. Baltimore got the ball and ran with it while Cleveland dropped the ball big time.

My brother-in-law lives in Ohio and is a Browns fan! That means that he roots for three teams: the Browns, any team playing the Squealers and any team playing the Ravens...

He texted that he was happy the Ravens will represent the AFC North, the AFC overall and that both the Squealers and Patsies will be watching the SB on their big screen TVs.
