Default Article lists 2 possible reasons Tom Brady's new house has a moat

No reason was given for the inclusion of the water-filled ditch, but we can assume it was installed to ward off the myriad Saxon invaders who frequent exclusive communities in Los Angeles. Either them or Bernard Pollard.

Based on pictures of the property, the moat doesn't encircle the entirety of the mansion. That's probably a good thing. If Braveheart is any indication, it's really easy to catapult invaders over moats, making the defense system as effective as the Patriots' secondary.

Tom Brady has 3 Superbowl wins, a house with a moat and a supermodel for a wife. Good for him! Just don't kick Ed Reed again. lol.
