This is worse looking at it a second time. Allegedly it's to target the rapist, but "procuring or facilitating an abortion" which clearly makes it a criminal act by the woman to do so in the absence of the rapist and also implicates the doctor and everyone else involved on the medical side. It is abundantly clear that this proposed legislation is a back-door attempt to criminalize abortions. The author of this bill, has a failed attempt at providing a smoke screen as to it's real intent. But it's abundantly clear that this legislation is an attempt to circumvent Roe v Wade.

Actually what I said was that abortions did not occur after 30 weeks, at least no medical abortions. The third-trimester begins before 30th week. I have never denied that late-term abortions happen.
