Donald Earl McCarty Jr., 61, of Pasadena, was charged with possession of controlled substance marijuana and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.


Donald Earl McCarty III, 39, of Pasadena, was charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substance marijuana, possession of controlled substance marijuana and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.


A 16-year-old boy and 15 year-old girl, from Pasadena, were both charged with possession of controlled substance marijuana and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
