I ordered on 1/16, the first day of the pre-sale. My tickets have not arrived yet, should I be concerned or you know when they normally ship?

I wouldn't worry. the games aren't being played for a couple of months, they probably haven't printed them yet. in my experience, they don't send them right away, unless the season has already started and the game isn't too far away.

No. Before i became a season ticket holder i use to do the pre-sale on tickets for certain games. Then you would get your tickets about 2 weeks before the acutal play date.
