I can't understand why so many major US Corporations, make Atlanta home.

The traffic is Atlanta is horrendous and the crime is notorious.

If Georgia and Atlanta offer some kind of corporate tax dodge, surely another state could do the same and lure these corporations away.

If I was a CEO there are lots of other places I could think of for a company's headquarters:

FL panhandle
South Jersey
Western PA
Most Counties in MD
Most western states, except California
