    Super max was closed and turned over to the feds. It was for inmates who had problems at other prisons, it was not designated exclusively for murders, to my knowledge.

    We need prisons designated for murders only. Super max was never really a large facility compared to other prisons.

    Hard time would be death,we don't need more prisons.
