To say that the riders as a whole are not productive or tax paying citizens is inaccurate. These hard working white & blue collar riders enjoy this activity and progressive policy makers should accommodate their request.

Ok. So while your so called "white & blue collar riders" are that this new park, the trash will still be rolling around in traffic because they don't care about your park.

How long until the first shooting at this magical park?

Don't be a disgruntled citizen Ivanbalt. What's the correlation between a recreational park and shootings? That's a negative outlook to have on this idea. This park would unite citizens from the Pennsylvania avenue area to areas of the Oliver community. Edmonson Village and Irvington riders would unite with riders from the Biddle and Milton street area.

Of course, and everyone will hold hands and there will be peace in the city. No one involved in the drug game or gangs would ever show up. Just good kids who saved up their allowance and paper route money to buy a dirtbike. Just like the good kids who flip off drivers and ride as they please through traffic.

Feel free to come to Baltimore some time. It's an interesting place.

Productive citizens do not ride off road, unlicensed vehicles on the road. They would understand the risks and the liabilities involved.

The over emphasis of a gang problem in Baltimore is fabricated. It's a safe scapegoat to use when there are no concrete leads in a case.

Are there gangs in Baltimore? Yes
Are gangs the direct cause to the majority of inner city violence? No.
Baltimore has never had a major gang problem. Baltimore has never been known regionally or nationally for gang problems.

Well Kenneth you stated that you did not have financial information on the riders so how are you certain with anything regarding their expenses? Many people that grew up in Baltimore would never make an assumption like that unless the facts were there to back the claim.

So Kenneth, would you say you are judging these individuals? Kenneth, what would you say to the plumber employed by Baltimore City's water department who enjoys riding on Sundays? What would you say to the project manager who is employed by one of the biggest companies in the area who also likes to ride on Sunday?

Kenneth, how do you think they would react when they look at you in particular when you ask them have they ever paid taxes? As a Baltimore native, you should know better.

The guys I've seen popping wheelies in between cars don't look like plumbers or project managers

Oh? What exactly do plumbers and project managers look like outside of work?
    Ken, just stop.

People with significant incomes sense in their heads would not risk it riding an I legal vehicle on the road.

I can't speak for Ken but I would say "ride your bike off road with permission from the owner of the property"

If they are law abiding gentlemen like you describe they will simply inform me that they are taxpayers and then produce the legal documents that allow them to operate those vehicles on public streets.

How do you think they will react spot?
