Uh yeah obviously not talking about the donor, not sure why you would think that...

trotting them out in front of the world to sing god bless america? leave these children alone. if you can't see how wrong this is you're just naive.

read some of the comments on the article, they make excellent points

I agree. I think it's wonderful that someone forked up the $$$$ to send them and their families to the SB BUT, I do not agree with the exploitation. These children are not celebrities; they're victims. Displaying them before millions as if they were a song and dance team is just wrong.

They fit the agenda, they will be used as props (just as Baracka used children as props in his news conference) at the game (and next week on the morning news programs) as a visual backdrop to the proposed gun grab by the LWNJs.

Disgusting liberal gun grabbers have no shame - "by any means necessary" is their battle cry.

I don't know how this qualifies as exploiting these kids as some are suggesting. The kids aren't be forced to do this and the parents can decline. The whole world will now hear about Newtown. Sounds like the people that were killed won't be forgotton anytime soon. This sounds likea good thing to me. What am I missing?

Then why not go to cities where just as many or more kids are killed in a year by violence and some some kids from that city? Chicago would be a good one to start with.

I guess it's a good thing those kids won't be forgotten but what about others?

Good god some of you are jaded as hell. It is an honor for them to sing at the game. The people exploiting them are the politicians using them to push their anti-gun agenda.

Exploitation is exploitation. Any guesses as to who the anonymous donor is who paid their way? Pay their way to the game, put them up in a nice hotel but do not parade them out and have them sing. That, my friend is exploitation. As I said before, they are not celebrities. They are victims and they will be for the rest of their lives.

And yet they see it as an honor. Sorry you're so jaded.

That was a great gesture. I'll applaud the hell out of those kids when I am there.

So let's all answer a question honestly. God forbid if a tragedy shoud happen in you neighborhood, but if one did and your kid survived and was then asked to attend the Superbowl all expenses paid and sing to honor the other kids would you do it?

I don't know. Good question. But it shouldn't be an honor all or honor no one scenerio. Of course it's tragic when any kid is killed. But the Newtown situation was unique that even the President addressed it.

I know I get that but people can call it what they will, jaded perhaps but I look at this as something more than just having them there to sing a song. There is a gun control legislation discussion going on right now, that makes me wonder. If that offends people oh well. Not trying to just saying.

My mother passed away a little more than 7 years ago from breast cancer. I personally think there is some exploitation by the NFL every October by doing a month long "awareness" of letting teams wear pink. Wonder how much they pocket from sells of pink merchandise? I have felt for some time that get should just pick one weekend that month and then be done with it.

Again just my feelings, not saying I'm right or wrong.

Now you think they're exploiting a cause they make millions for? They donate anything they make to support breast cancer. Amazing.

I don't see a problem with this. At least they'll probably know the words unlike Christina Aguilera

Jennifer Hudson is going to sing with them. Why does she hate children and exploit them so? Why?!!!!!!
