Also Joe threw 10 picks this year(which was 24th in the league) and in only one game did he throw more than one. Is "interception-allergic" the same as "interception-prone" or the opposite? If it's the opposite, he's saying despite the fact that Joe doesn't usually throw interceptions, SF will still manage to intercept one or more of his throws.
