The suspected terrorists involved said they were angry over the video. There were simultaneous protests all over the world because of the video.

And how a simple phone call to the survivors of the attack just hours after they were rescued would have cleared up any questions she might have had as to what actually happened! Seems she was too busy figuring out how to cover her a-double-s immediately after she found out about the attack, most likely because she already knew the answer.

Now that the cover has been blown by Repubs in Congress, the administration has admitted that two of the four people killed worked for the CIA, not the State department as had been initially reported...

It wasn't an embassy that was attacked. It wasn't even a consulate according to the WH. It's possible that the State Department's mission in Benghazi was a cover for the CIA's activities.

Either way, it's unlikely that we'll ever know exactly what the ambassador or the CIA were doing in Benghazi...
