DOesn't matter that its a draw down or preparation for turning the area over to the Afghans, as long as there is an American Soldier on the ground there they should have at the very least a hot breakfast but the Obama mind set is that the American Soldier is just cannon fodder, while the big wigs in Washington feast on Lobster, and Kobe Beef.
