    Williams was a 8-time Pro Bowler, 3 times made 1st team All-Pro, is 4th in career INT returns for TD's. You never heard of him because he played most of his career with the Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals who were god awful during his years there. Williams played for the Cardinals for 10 years and they only had a winning record once.

    FYI, Williams did not win a ring with a the Rams. His first year in St Louis was the year they lost to New England in the Super Bowl
