You're either joking and very insensitive to those that truly suffer and need treatment, or you seriously think you are capable of making such a diagnosis.

Your righteous indignation is duly noted, with the inability to take it, while generously dishing it out

Nor do you, and I never claimed to, but thank you for the compliment. I do know that Obama is not a moderate though.

This has nothing to do with me and everything to do with those that suffer from mental illness. I don't make fun of any illness. If that somehow offends you, so be it.

You don't know what Obama is, provide some proof he is not a moderate. Sad opinions are not facts,

Every poster claims to be a moderate and an independent.

It's when they address issues that we can see their stripes.

How a poster describes Obama or any other politician says more about the poster's politics than the politician's.

I guess I must have an alternate universe view of what’s “liberal.”

I voted for Reagan in 1980 because people I admired (Ralph Abernathy, Gene McCarthy) endorsed him; Reagan turned out 2 B everything but progressive (populist was the word then; the anti-big gov., anti-war libertarians were coming 2 the fore), I wondered how Abernathy & McCarthy could B so horribly fooled (if they indeed were), & in 1984 I voted for whomever was the Socialist Party candidate; knowing very well by then that socialist, populist, progressive, libertarian, liberal, independent were all euphemisms for "f^(k!ng loser."

By the time G.H.W. Bush rolled outta the W.H., the preferred label 4 anyone running 4 public office was "fascist." Those Clintons & Bushes were put on earth 2 remind us that “liberal” was a dirty word from an earlier, unsophisticated (read: not obscenely wealthy) time.

In 2013, I don’t think there are any "moderates"; if there are, then the Internet ignores them & they wisely ignore the Internet. When I first heard the name "Barrack Obama," I thought they were mispronouncing "Osama bin Laden." Really! He looked different, talked different, but I knew he still had 2 have the full support of good old Am. fascists.

But the 2012 election was a choice betw. Dishrag 1 & Dishrag 2. The standard Am. fascist is beyond bland, & being another corpse w/ an agenda doesn’t make you progressive or liberal; it means you gotta lotta sycophants, parasites, & people that’d B otherwise unemployed dizzy w/ that whiff of "power."

I just plain don’t believe anything that anyone w/ easy, loosey-goosey, flairing-sphincter access 2 major media outlets has 2 say or write; after all: Sacks, H. (1975) “Everyone Has To Lie,” in B. Blount and M. Sanches (eds.) Sociocultural Dimensions of Language Use, Academic Press, New York, NY, pp. 57–80.

So is Obama a liberal, socialist, fascist, communist, marxist, etc? I can't keep up with all of the right's labels.

Oh, the right'll issue a concordance of its labels, which we'll B required to buy, cuz the intrusive gov. of the right needs 2 lettuce know when 2 sound the alarm 4 the intrusive gov. of the left ... or somebody that looks just like that.

But you can ignore all the left doing the same thing, labeling the other side with terms like neo-con, *********, nazi, gunclinger, evangelical, hater, militaman, etc.

Irony is so lost on LWNJs.

Who's ignoring them? I enjoy laughing at the sheep on both sides.

So " ********* " gets edited, but remove the space between the two words and "tea bagger" is suddenly acceptable and allowed?

Simple the current GOP has made it clear to moderates they are not welcome. Given the choice of having your views welcomed (dem) and being told you are the problem with this country (GOP) you will chose the former. Mitt Romney was very flip flopish. I would have voted for Romney 1.0 over Obama instead I went third party.

So to not be a liberal we have to result to calling him by rhetoric?

I don't know since I'm not on the right, but I did PM someone on the right and asked if maybe they could answer you. No promises; I don't have much pull when it comes to where individuals choose to post.

I will say that I found Obama to be too liberal for my taste, and Hillary as well, but as for positions on issues that most agree with mine, Bill Clinton seemed ideal.

Obama's stance on issues; particuarly domestic issues are too liberal in nature for me. Period.

I don't live and die by polls, but in 2009 and 2011 these polls show Obama as being liberal. I agree.

    It's obvious.

One is politically correct and one is not.
