Last year, you predicted that a .500 record was not attainable and you were completely wrong. Yet, you consider yourself qualified to continue to criticize those very few of us who brilliantly predicted the O's surge to the playoffs. Shame on you.
What's your prediction for the O's record in 2013? Hint: 84 - 78 is the correct answer.
If 4,300 + posts since May 2009 is your idea of invisible, I guess I've been invisible. Actually, I was very visible in 2011 ranting against AM and the weak politically correct Buck that managed the team in 2011. As I recall, the usual suspects constantly challenged my views in 2011 just as they continue to do since I rendered my brilliant prediction in 2012. It's often lonely at the top as you may discover in the future. To help you get there, predict 84-78 and no playoffs for the O's in 2013.
I take it that the "so are many of us" includes the losers trio of weird-O (64 wins), bmore ken (65 wins) and ivanbalt (.500 is unattainable).
The good news for the trio is that your predictions were so bad in 2012 they can only improve in 2013. From the top, let me give you all a hand - the O's go 84-78 in 2013 and miss the playoffs. Adopt that prediction for 2013 and you shall rise to penthouse level where I currently reside.
yes, it does include the 3 posters you mentioned, as well as the stopped clock. but it includes many, many more.
the fun thing about your obsessive squalking and self congratulating is that we can always remind you that you've only been correct once. once. wow, that's pretty dismal. keep your eye on the prize as you keep climbing up toward our lofty perch above you. your penthouse is the outhouse our leavings and relievings splash down upon.
says the poster who consistently befouls this board with his own self-aggrandizing keyboard diarrhea.
o.k.Don't forget to clean up after you walk your beast, Fido.
no intelligent baseball fan would make his/her season prediction this early. On a more sanitized topic, what's your prediction for the O's record in 2013?
Once again hector, I predicted 90+ wins for the O's in 2012. As for ken, weird-o, and ivan, each of them has more collective baseball wisdom on their worst day than you ever have or will.
Keep rubbing your diaper and ringing your bell, though, it's always good for a laugh.
I wouldn't use the word "expecting". But there were moves made in Feb. 2012, so the possibility more than exists. and now to broaded your narrow scope. it's not only a question of who they may add. there are other factors like injuries or players who have unexpectedly impressive springs and earn a spot on the 25 man roster to go north. there is also the possibility that an established player falls apart. then there's the developments of the other teams in the division.
there are many variables that will shake out over the next few weeks. they all have an impact on an intelligent assessment of the team and their 2013 season. none of which you care about, because your prediction isn't about being interested in the team. it's about being foolish and getting attention. well here you go, here's my attention that you so desperately crave.
as trolls go, you're more entertaining than some, but don't ever lose sight of the fact that you're nothing more than a jester flailing about in his own puddle as he tries to gain the attention of more noble men.
if I offer a prediction, it will be when all the teams break camp for the regular season, as opposed to your prediction which first appeared during last season and is little more than an elementary school math problem of 162-X= Y.When you do venture forth with your 2013 prediction, here's a hint from the penthouse - 84-78 and no playoffs.
