I was one of the first inside the stadium when they opened the gates - at about 9:50 a.m. Others who were up near the front of the line said the parking lots were already open when they got there at 7:15.
I was going on what they said that the parking would not open up until 9. If I had known they would open almost two hours earlier I would have left by at least 6 A.M. Live and learn. If I know what I know now I would have gotten a room at the Days Inn or whatever was available and went down Monday night!

left york, pa at 10 went down 83 to the end at lombard st. big traffic jam so we popped into the parking lot by the power plant and walked up to the stadium. first time my son and I were on the playing field which was neat then noticed the lower bowl was filled so went to the upper deck near the top. the place was rocking watched the parade on the big screen. Noticed people coming up the steps with babies and strollers that was kinda nutty. You could feel the stadium moving under your feet awsome time everyone was friendly, the concession lines were horrible they didn't really have time to prepare for a crowd that large.

I left my house across the street from the Grosvenor Metro Station at 5:30 in the morning, tried to get the northbound Red Line to Shady Grove to catch the 201 ICC bus to BWI and would have connected to Light Rail there, but the first trains going there had not come yet. After talking with the station manager for a couple of minutes decided to get the southbound train to Union Station and connected to the first MARC train of the morning to Camden Station. The Camden Line train had plenty of room coming and going from Baltimore and the only problem was that I had to wait about 90 minutes from the end of the rally till the first DC bound train arrived, saw quite a few Ravens fans going to the rally and parade on board.

Yeah, I didn't want to wait until 9. So I took the metro. When I heard the lots opened early I was kind of bummed that I didn't just drive. But I also heard horror stories of people that couldn't get off the stadium lots. So the metro was probably a good decision afterall.

Came in from Westminster left at 8:30, outer loop to I-70. Jumped over to Rt.40. Smooth sailing almost all the way in. Did some street jogging and ended up parking at the redwood garage. Made it from Westminster to in my seat at the stadium in 90 minutes. I heard of all the nightmare traffic on the radio, but we had smooth sailing all the way in and parking was a breeze.

The crowd and the party at the stadium was the most unbelievable event I have ever participated in. The pictures and video's I have seen don't do it justice. It did seem like there was no security in the stadium, but people were having too much fun to get in any trouble. Alcohol really was not a big issue, since you couldn't get to any concessions, the lines were 30-45 minutes long it seemed.
