I would rather be armed.

But that doesn't guarantee my survival, as I just proved. Then again, I'm a law abiding citizen, so what's preventing me from owning a gun? I can pass a background check, I don't need an "assault weapon" to defend myself.

I just find it funny that right wingers think that everybody who owns a gun is granted some sort of immunity and invincibility from criminals.
