I believe he and Dickson are both restricted FAs

Both Ed Dixon and Pitta free restricted free agents. If both are given offers from other teams I suspect they protect Pitta first.
Absolutely Pitta over Dickson. Joe trusts clearly trusts pitta-Ed Dickson just drops more balls, even in the super bowl he bobbled his completions. Pitta is simply the more reliable and consistent tight end.
Joe Flacco will sacrifice some of his potential contract to make sure Dennis Pitta doesn't leave the Ravens, you know how much Joe loves Dennis, they're best friends for goodness sakes. Dickson maybe gone but no chance in hell Pitta leaves as long as Joe Flacco is breathing and a Raven.
Low tender Ed.
Think Pitta requests Owen Daniels money ... $4M?
Lordy!! Zach Miller highest paid TE at $6.8M!
Hey...that's MY line.
Mixed message here from Newsome on restructuring players contracts:

How about some stats on Pitta's drops, I am not buying it. I don't know them but my feeling is he is a security blanket for Joe
I think they'll find a way to keep Boldin.
OriginalColtsFan hates every player on the Ravens except for Joe. He also has some serious hate for Ray Rice, aka undisputed top 5 RB over the past several years. He also hates Ngata and Suggs, Ray Lewis, and Ed Reed.
Maybe a little bit, but not by much. I can count on one hand the number of times you've complimented a player on the team not named Flacco.
And, before you inevitably search the forum high and low for every instance, we both know that the critical comments far outweigh the praises.
