He had a one shinning moment when they beat the Patriots couple of years ago.

After that classic hit on Big Ben, it's been all downhill.

Should have said as a Jet. Hey didn't he also take a shot or two at the Ravens when he left?

It's all good. I understood what you meant. And I don't follow the Jets that much. The only thing about Scott's career, other than his radio show, was that hit on Big Ben.

IIRC, he said that there were a number of players who didn't like Harbaugh and who wanted to leave the Ravens as a result. I don't know if that qualifies as taking a shot at players or not; it was more a shot at the head coach.

The hit he had was by far his best moment in the NFL.

Ben said he'd never been hit so hard in his life. (To his credit, though, Ben got up and kept on playing.)

Bart did much better than that, but he was never as good as his mouth thought he was.

Interesting that there are a number of defenders who seemed like all-pros when they were with the Ravens and did not show much after they left. Maybe there's something in the water out at the castle...

Or it's a textbook case of performing to the level of the people around you.

Apparently, Hot Sauce is a bit unclear on the difference between slack and flack.

    "Can't wait."

I can't blame Scott for leaving to get a nice contract. Unfortunately for him, he went to a team that values talk and drama over play.

Scott is/was a good LB. He is not a great LB. He plays well in the right scheme, tackles and hits hard but low football smarts. That's why he played well next to Ray. That's why lots of these guys played well next to Ray.
