I just can't believe that he did that when there was a protective order in place. Perhaps we need a new law stating that you have to obey the law,that will protect us about as much as new gun laws.
A person convicted of a non-violent crime should lose the right to defend his life?
What interest does the government have in denying the RKBA simply because somebody is convicted of a crime?
Can they also lose the right to free speech?
To go to church?
To have a jury trial?
I'm not sure why the brutal death of this young woman turned into a gun debate. However, how about this? Maybe she didn't want to own a gun? Youn know, some people are not comfortable handling one much less the thought of pulling the trigger.
I've been saying for years on this forum that "protection order" are not worth the paper they are printed on and victims shouldn't believe otherwise.
