    He's smart in not openly supporting arming Syria. After all, the Russians wouldn't be to happy would they? So he is saying one thing in public, and then using the CIA to move weapons from Libya to Syria.

    Mohamed Magariaf is the chairman of the General National Congress in Libya.

    Obama has his personal number. After all, he helped put Magariaf in power.
