Default Judge allows 3 'gays' on child's birth certificate

    http://www.wnd.com/2013/02/judge-all...e/?cat_orig=us

"The Miami Herald reports that Maria Italiano and Cher Filippazzo, who married in Connecticut, and their attorney, Kenneth Kaplan, declined to be interviewed. The women, according to Miami family attorney Karyn Begin, are longtime partners who unsuccessfully tried to become pregnant via fertility clinics.

“We’re creating entirely new concepts of families,” said Begin, who represented father Massimiliano Gerina in a two-year paternity case involving lesbian friends who had his baby. “If you have two women seeking to be listed as Parent One and Parent Two, that does not exclude listing a man as father.”"

Each person has two Parents. One Male and one Female.

Those are quite possibly only the birth parents.

It's quite possible for a Man to act as the actual father, and a Woman to act as the mother for the porposes of raising the child.

If you change that, you're opening the door for three parents. Or fifteen parents.

So if a couple uses a surrogate or adopts a child, which are the two parents?

Until we prefect human cloning <shudder>, there are always two biological parents. On male and one female.

If a "couple" (does that mean ANY two people to you ?) adopts a child, then the male in the coulple act in loco parentis as the Father and the female as the mother.

If it's anything other than that ? Hey, your guess is as good as mine.

I mean, if two fathers is ok, then why not three ? Or twelve ?

Personally, I think it's important for a child to have both a Mother and a Father.

As opposed to two mothers. Or four fathers.

In that case, the child has a birth mother and father and a defacto mother and father.

I'm sorry, you were saying... ?

    I was saying

My math might be rusty, but looks like four to me. "Birth", "defacto". Sorta backing off that bold statement Sparky?

One birth mother and one birth father.

One defacto mother and one defacto father.

    Simple math.

As opposed to two fathers, or one mother and four fathers, or, you get it by now I hope...

So four, not two, parents. Because I vaguely remember a non-qualified statement to the effect that

Each person has two Parents. One Male and one Female.

I'm not surprised you vaguely remember that, given your avavanced age.

But I do distinctly recall the embellishment, which I clarified above.

    In case you missed it:

Two Birth Parents (one male, one female).

Two (possible) defacto parents, one male and one female.

If you're the primary male who raises a chhild, then you're the defacto father. Ditto for a female (mother).

It's not possible to have two (or three, or fifteen) defacto fathers or mothers.

    Clear now ?

It's clear that you think "embellishment" is the same as "rescinding". It's not.

And if a couple adopts a child and then divorces, and the child is raised by the adoptive mother and the new husband, but the first husband retains custody, then how many defacto fathers are there? The legal parent, the
parent who raises the child on a daily basis?

Gee one of these guys is defacto defacto, right? LOL.

Forgiving the misspelling of "purposes", of course.

So, would you be cool with three 'straights' on a birth certificate?
