    Default Who's retiring?

I heard on the radio today that Ozzie Newsome said that there are players retiring this year. We all know Ray Lewis is retiring? But who are the others? Notice that Newsome said player(s).

Is Matt Birk the obvious choice? Will there be a big surprise?

My guess is other less notable players. Possibilities include Brendon Ayanbadejo, Chris Johnson, Ma'ake Kemoeatu, and Bobbie Williams.

I'd say definitely Birk. And possibly others, such as Williams, etc.

Yes, I meant all those guys in addition to Birk & Lewis.

Wouldn't be shocked to see Williams call it a career. He might not have been a major "plus" contributor this year... but I have to admit, seeing him break down like he did as the confetti started falling, I was really, really happy for the guy. Always like to see when a long-time veteran gets their first ring late in their career. Makes all the abuse they put themselves through a little more worth it, I'd think. I'm sort of surprised Birk hasn't announced yet, but it's only been a week now (almost).

I think Williams is the one retiring...37 and really is nothing more than an emergency guard....he played sparinly and when he did, it wasn't pretty...
