    Default Hillary Clinton 'Easily The Most Popular' Political Figure

    Hillary Clinton is viewed favorably by more than six in 10 voters, according to a Quinnipiac University survey released Friday, making her the most liked among the eight political figures listed.

    Clinton had a 61 percent favorable rating among voters and a 34 percent unfavorable rating, according to Quinnipiac. Her ratings have been stable at about that level throughout her tenure as secretary of state.

    The perils of an uninformed electorate and the benefits of a supportive media and high visibility. Bad for us all. Also, does anyone remember a Secretary of State who received bad poll numbers? No one cares about them.

    All Hillary needs to do to lose her popularity is to start campaigning with that grating, condescending, demanding voice. She's a bloody warmonger, and owned by Wall Street.

    Obviously the only uninformed electorate this past go round, was the, ding ding ding,
    RWNJ's that actually thought Mittens would fly with Ryan, and the only thing that did fly was the lies they kept telling.

    You know she is going to win, in your heart, you know this to be true.

    Sure, for now -- but just wait until Virginia and Flyboy's Benghazi-Gate movement catches on.

    "Mittens" is history; Ryan probably not. In my heart I cannot imagine what the political landscape in 2016 will look like, but I see in Hillary the Harridan the same neo-con tendencies I saw in "Mittens". And I see Hillary as corrupt to the core, and malleable as hell.

    The only thing I see in her favor will be--cue "uninformed electorate" again--the overpowering momentum of the message that, gee, now that we've elected a black president, we simply must elect our first woman President!! The simple power of that message, upon the sheeple, will be tough to counteract.

    Perceptions are easily created by those who control the media.

    Good God, sfo, so does Kim Kardashian! When Good Housekeeping (and magazines as such) conduct "most admired woman"-type polls, who always wins? The First Lady, be she Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, or Obama. It's mostly name recognition and visibility, little else.

    Okay, so if what you say is true, why isn't the RWNJ's watching Fox News working for you?

    Totally agree. That's what's scary. People like the Clintons are totally connected with the Hollywood and New York-Washington media set.

    Bill Clinton magically appears on the cover of Rolling Stone or Vanity Fair. What's that all about? Never forget that Bill and Hillary Clinton are two of the top five recipients of Wall Street largesse. (Obama, Chuck Schumer, and Bush II are the others. Note that four of five are Democrats--the party for the little guy.)

    Hillary is more popular than the President followed by the Vice-President followed by John Kerry.

    Followed by all the Republicans stinking up the joint.

    And what did I say about name recognition and visibility? Two months ago Kerry wouldn't have even shown up in the poll. A Secretary of State doesn't promote policies that harm the lives of those people responding to polls!

    I'm indifferent about her, and I found this poll to be bizarre:

    46 - 41 percent for Vice President Joseph Biden;
    25 - 29 percent for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, with 45 percent who don't know enough about him to form an opinion;
    20 - 42 percent for House Speaker John Boehner;
    27 - 15 percent for Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, with 57 percent who don't know enough;
    34 - 36 percent for U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan;
    43 - 33 percent for new Secretary of State John Kerry;
    14 - 18 percent for Defense Secretary nominee Chuck Hagel, with 67 percent who don't know enough about him.
    I guess the cherry picking here is mostly 2016 election related, but if you put her head to head with her husband, who is a more popular and influential political figure?

    Am I going to be stuck with a complete cycle of "Hilary will be the next nominee" or "Hilary will be the next President" from all angles. I heard that crap nonstop between 2004-2008 and how did it turn out?

    I still say he could run as VP.

    Be careful what you wish for.

    Before we ever heard of Barack Obama, I posted here that the chance of me voting for Hillary Clinton was non-existent.

    Before it was all over, I changed my voter registration to vote for her in the primary.

    I'll concede that I'd rather have Hillary in the Oval Office than Obama.

    His campaign fell down on the healthcare issue, compared to hers.

    He fell down on healthcare as President. He voted "present" and left it up to Congress.

    Since it was the first thing he did and it had to be first, I expected to be disappointed by him.

    Other than healthcare ( which turns out to be HIS signature legislation ) he's done a good job.

    Yep. Benghazi may be her downfall. If Jo Biden runs he will have a lot of street cred about what actually happened.
