This is one person. Don't you think there's many, many reservation Indians who are insulted by the name? Certainly, there's more important things to worry about in the world than whether the Washington Redskins will ever change their name. So, at the end of the day, why not change the name? Who's it going to hurt? Dan Snyder's pockets, that's who. Even if it's only 9% of the Indian population who are insulted(roughly 500,000 people), Snyder could still do the decent thing and take it upon himself to change the name. For once, it would be nice to see a person who's already filthy rich, do something that should have nothing to do with monetary gain or loss. He doesn't realize(or care) how much more respected he would become as a person. It's not being a bleeding heart liberal....it's just doing a nice, honorable thing.
