I know you got a real charge out of the Redskins beating the Ravens that game. why wouldn't you. but look at the affect that game had on both teams and their seasons.

for the Ravens, it was a loss. it had no negative impact on their season as they went on the win their division and the SB. the end

for the Redskins, it was the game where their QB had his knee turned into ground beef. he was so mangled, that he hobbled through the rest of the season. his hamburger knee helped his team do a quick 1 & done in the playoffs, and pushed himself into a situation that has led to speculation about the possible end of his career.

which of these teams really lost that day?

Washington Potomacs? Washington Presidents? Or given the nature of teams moving from city to city, some generic animal?

Why you here again? Seems like you are the one with the identity problem.

Population-wise, it's only three times bigger than Arlington. Arlington is the smallest self-governing county in the U.S. Congrats on being bigger than that.

Why do you come here if you don't like the Ravens or Baltimore?

    Overrated? lol
The Ravens overachieved all season, even getting to 9-2.

In your racialslurs "super bowl" they barely beat the Ravens "B" team.

A defense without Jameel McClain, Lardarius Webb, Ray Lewis...a hobbled Haloti Ngata (knee), a hobbled and still getting into shape Terrell Suggs 6 months removed from a torn achilles tendon, a banged up Dannell Ellerbe with a bad back he iced down between possessions and also a broken and sprained thumb plus a damaged left foot and Bernard Pollard playing with cracked ribs. At that point in this season a 3rd string qb could have beat that defense....oh wait...(pitt)
The Ravens eventually got healthier on defense and made positive adjustments to the O-Line and the OC too before getting the offense straitened out and going on an amazing run to win SB XLVII.

No "excuses" though, that slurs win made the all time head to head battle now 18-7.....the slurs are still the "jv" of the state to the Ravens varsity.

Your inferiority complex is showing again!

Still accurate minus the second string rookie but twice with Rex Grossman last season.

So, is the goal of an NFL team to be an underdog and defeat teams that eventually go to the playoffs and the Super Bowl, or is the goal of an NFL team to actually win a few games in the playoffs and win the Super Bowl?

How about the Washington Choptanks? My mom and I have a Choptank chief ancestor, and 1240 am in Cambridge (on the river Choptank) is a Redskins (and Terrapins) radio affiliate.

Or maybe replace the logo with the numeral 210 (at least until Snyder gets his stadium in DC). PGCo is home to Route 210 aka the Indian Head Highway.

Isn't the first option always the goal of the Redskins since everyone knows they won't be a player in the postseason? All of their fans can call into the radio station and say "we beat the Super Bowl champs" as they check on updates to RG3's knee.

Lately it should be to be mediocre and catch every break under the sun but also to have lost to the pathetic Redskins at least once during the season.

The part you forgot is the part where the franchises that have done this continually make the playoffs for a few years and give themselves a chance every year, unlike your team. I don't disagree that winning the super bowl involves getting some bounces your way, I think every champion has gotten one at some point during their run (Brady tuck rule, 70 yard TD pass this year, Tyree catch) but it doesn't tarnish the result in any way. I'm sure you would trade that regular season win for a trophy.

Catch a break like having your QB turn in one of the best postseason performances in NFL history, one in which he threw 0 INT's?

And we also lost to the Eagles, if you want to dig up every loss we had this year. Big deal. Super Bowl Champions can't always go undefeated.

You're just making yourself look even more jealous, which I thought was impossible.

Yes, I am jealous my QB doesn't throw up "500-like" throws for completions. Make him the highest paid QB in the league. I can't wait to see how that works out.
