    Can't get into that clip without (the late) Jimmy Dewar singing it.

    Alathea (live vid from1975, in HD) shows Trower's Hendrix-esque technique.

    The original lineup with Dewar and Isadore was just great. Trower never really had the same success after that set-up. Even though Bill Lordan is a great drummer both with Sly and Trower.

    Trower was and is, one of my favorites since I was a kid. I have Bridge of Sighs on vinyl from 1974 and I think I wore the grooves out. And I still play that one on the turntable cranking up the old Kenwood amp.
