Default 400,000 without power in Massachusetts

    Following major winter storm

Hundreds of thousands of Massachusetts residents have lost power because of the mammoth blizzard that lashed Massachusetts with hurricane-force winds and dumped more than two feet of snow in some areas overnight. With the state at a standstill, snowplows are out in force struggling to clear roads, while residents are hunkering down at home under a rare travel ban imposed by the governor on Friday. The MBTA said it would not be able to restore service today. The storm is expected to continue pummeling the state into midday.

    ...

The forecasters are warning people that, with visibilities down to a quarter mile or less, travel conditions have deteriorated, becoming nearly impossible, and driving is highly discouraged. The state Transportation Department this morning reminded people that the travel ban imposed by Governor Deval Patrick has been in effect since 4 p.m. Friday.

Lots of beautiful homes for sale in Florida at greatly reduced prices.

Thousands of houses for under 200K, many with pools.

Did I mention the NO state income tax?

As they say, come on down.

PS: No, I have no connection to real estate sales.
