Harford County man convicted of sexually abusing child

A Fallston man is facing up to 35 years in jail after he was found guilty this week of sexually abusing a 4-year-old boy.

Starr had illegal sexual contact with a 4-year-old boy in March 2012, according to charging documents.

The jury came back with the verdict against James Thomas Starr on Thursday after more than 10 hours of deliberation.

At the trial, testimony from the victim was presented, officials said.
