On the "favorite" side... I love the Sunday afternoon / evening recaps on NFL Network when Eisen, Sanders, and Mariucci do the segments together (with nobody else).

Announcer is Dan Dierdorf. Analyst is Merril Hoge. Terry Bradshaw is knocking on the door though.

As far as those I enjoy, I like Dilfer too. The entire cast of CBS are fun as well (even the chin). I think I'm the last guy on earth who likes Chris Berman. And as far as actual X's and O's coverage, Mike Mayock is 2nd to none.

    Agreed on all counts.

Aikman is one of the better announcers, although I hated him as a player.

Your Big-3-Suck-List is exactly as I'd have made mine. How someone can keep that job without at least attempting to veil their bias in inexcusable. Simms & Fouts were particularly craptastic in that regard.

Billick & Dilfer are two of the best analysts in the biz.

mike preston is big mouthed phony . he doesn.t know which end of a football bat to sit on . he bad mouthed the rave after the denver game and led way out of the stadium , with about 25000 other fools that day . pukey pittsburg and dedskins fans pull that kinda s%^t and give up as soon as trouble brews . preston even announced that the rave " quit " , that day , and never reminded his squealer and skins fans that the rave was a very crippled team that day. the rave never quit that day , and the subs played their heinies off and got invaluable game time which turnd out to juice them for their soup bwl run as the 1st stringers healed . the sun needs to dump preston and have him join anita mars { or whatever that a*&^%#@ les name was } preston b .s . 'd his way to the sun job as a jive - *** african american football insider . there are a lot more talented and creative people in the ranks of minorities who wuld do a great job of connecting us to our ravens than fat mouth preston . the sun needs to ' ****CAN ' preston .
