    Default Put me in charge

"Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we’ll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your “home” will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place."

So force sterilization on people? Gee nothing wrong with that. And this moron doesn't realize that welfare recipients have been subject to drug testing in some states--results show the same incidence of drugs as in the overall population.

Put this guy in charge? Wouldn't let him detail my car.

Misogyny is the hatred or dislike of women or girls.

The article is about welfare leeches. If you are a woman on welfare, and you have children, you should not have any more until you are paying for your own life. And not the taxpayer.

It's a shame that folks like you can't rid your tiny minds of the stupid idea that all welfare recipients do nothing but site on their lazy arses and collect a check. Why is it so hard for folks to grasp the fact that the lazy, good-for-nothing welfare leech is actually the exception rather than the rule?

So much for small government, we'd need a legion of busybodies to enforce all this, spending gobs just to catch a rare few small-fish welfare cheats.

Welfare reform does not have be draconian.

Some very simple changes would be easy and save the taxpayers billions:

    1. If you qualify for welfare, you get benefits for ONE child, if you have FIVE children you get benefits the same as if you have ONE child. Medical would be the exception.

    2. Make tubal ligation readily available. Recipients should be able to sign up on web and facilities should be everywhere.

    3. The government should make vasectomies readily available to every male citizen in this country at ZERO cost. Sign up on the web and get the procedure done within 48 hours.

    Vasectomies are very simple today.
