I couldn't see the link, but two things came to mind immediately. First, the daily body count scoreboard that the MSM loved to run quietly faded away, even after the Afghanistan surge caused the body count to tick upwards over there. Second, while they have reported on the countless drone strikes taking place in soverign countries, very little fanfare has been given to them or the amount of collateral damage that has been caused. The media does not need to lie to influence opinions. How they present, ignore, and present it's coverage of stories can subtly help further it's agenda.
