After using your "Second Amendment" on police officers, where do you go next? Homeowner's association?

If a cop is out of line I'm just rolling with it and working it later unless it's some kind of crazy severe injury or death thing. Don't give some bad cop and their backwoods legal system (or as Shadow calls it "rural justice") a chance to lock you up or kill you without recourse.
Definitely not a hill I would choose to die on, this is small potatoes as they say. Save the serious stuff for something really important, which should only be a last resort anyway.

Only if our founding father's worried about the Homeowner's association too!

Smart move. Most drug smugglers do put a sticker of the product they're transporting on their vehicles similar to placards on a trailer.

I resent calling a 65-year-old individual a "little old lady." Please, some sensitivity...

Other than that, this incident illustrates the uphill battle faced by the movement to decriminalize marijuana, when churls like this are so deeply invested in their ignorance and prejudice regarding the evilness of pot. If it were to be legalized they'd be like Inspector Javert in Les Miserables, unhinged totally with their world spinning off its axis when all they believe is true is finally declared to be false.

Is there any link that quotes the cops directly, or quotes their superiors? I only did a quick search, so I may have missed it. Cal's linked site is obviously so bias it's worthless as a source, but even in the other links, theres no comment from the cops side.

I believe an individual cop could be so dumb, even if they did have pot stickers on their car, but two SUVs with cops in tactical gear represents a pre planned coordinated effort.

I'd like to hear the other sides version, even if it might be really stupid.

Everything I could find is based off local Ohio news accounts from interviewing the couple, nothing off the other side. It's entirely possible these cops are idiots as written. There could have been something else going on.

I certainly feel safer now that these two thugs have been dealt with appropriately.

Why do you find that disturbing? Look up the "Battle of Athens (Tn)". The 2nd amendment was intended to combat misuse of authority.

Yes, I'll bet that the cop's armor was financed by seizures. A few weeks ago a cop seized over $25000 that he suspected was drug money. The guy it was seized from says he was on his way to Nashville to buy a car with cash. The cop insinuated that anybody with that kind of money should have it in the bank. AFAIK it’s none of the cop’s damn business where me, you or anybody else keeps their money.
