Servers? Tip of the iceberg to be identified as an exclusive online club of Gynos.
I know there are privacy, patients rights, and legal issues involved, but in a way wouldn't it make more sense to simply destroy all the photos, hard drives, and other images, for the good of all concerned? It seems the only decent thing to do now, for the patients' dignity. Otherwise, who knows who's going to looking at, copying, etc, etc all of these images? And if they're offered as evidence in a court proceeding, I think the entire experience will prove to be very degrading. Why preserve and perpetuate this man's sickness?
You talking to me? You talking to me!?
Personally dude, I don't have any sympathy for somebody who offed them self after they were caught. The scumbag abused the confidentiality and confidence that those women placed in him and did the unspeakable just to get his jollies off. It makes you wonder what else he was doing to them while he was filming them. Keep your sweat to yourself, I have enough of my own. Get it!
Maybe you should direct your anger towards the Doctor instead of me. Either way, I don't care.
At one time, an apologetic letter and destroying all of the materials may have worked. In these times of looking for the Big Pay Day, it ain't happening. Instead of waiting in line at the doctor's office, it'll be the lawyer's office. The lawyer's will get their plates filled and the patient will get the crumbs that are left.
It sure did not take long for the ambulance chasing vultures to start circling Hopkins. Of course they will go after Hopkins because the POS who abused these women is dead and judgment proof. Schochor and his partners better be able to prove that someone in a position of authority at Hopkins knew or should have known this was going on and turned, pardon the expression, a blind eye to it, or else the lawsuits are going nowhere.

One law firm has rented out a conference room in the downtown Hilton and invited patients of a Johns Hopkins gynecologist to discuss their legal options. Other firms are taking out newspaper ads, urging his patients to contact them. Others are asking clients to spread the word to other potential victims.
Baltimore lawyers have begun jockeying for a role in finding out what happened in the offices of Dr. Nikita A. Levy, who is accused of secretly photographing and videotaping patients. All of this is happening even before all of the facts of the case are known to police, who are conducting a criminal investigation. As attorneys contemplate civil action, officers are continuing to comb through multiple computer hard drives and servers seized from Levy's Towson home.

Where are all the rights-ists to plea for this doctor's inalienable, emeffing God-given, Reagan-approved, Christian-loved, natural, immutable, irrevocable, even God-shat RIGHTS!? C'mon, emeffers, find an effing Amendment for this guy!: "Pookie Peek Rights Act of 2013!" Make one up!
Ah, that's what I thought: mute as a dead armadillo. Butchul be back, won'tcha! Somethin''ll roust ya outta yer STD-induced slumbers ...
Exactly. Why should any of us care about him or his family's hurt feelings? Screw the pervert bastard. I cant imagine how a successful and intelligent person like that could allow his perversion to be more powerful than his ethics.
He was obviously an extremely selfish person.
For some women the female examination process is difficult to endure. It's too bad that people are making jokes about it being about "vaginas" being identifiable when that is not the issue. The generations before us who felt embarrassed by the process and didn't consent to the exams, are slowly dying off. Do we want another generation of women who don't feel that they can trust doctors with the intimacy of the female exam? I think not.
And, musicmd, why in the world would you object to people being callous about a man who could have very well compromised your mother, wife or daughter?
yeah that was my question. how did they find out the guy was doing all this stuff
The man is dead ! How I feel is how I feel. I let the dead stay dead. What does it solved. I am only callous with the living. The callous one's should tell his family in person how they feel. The is dead is gone. I was taught not to be callous in regard to dead people. It is in God's hands. His spirit is under God's mercy. I am not a hater.
