I was taught not to talk bad about the dead from the teaching of MLK, and my parents. I never said you should care about my father's race since he is dead. I brought my father's race up based on what demopublican, demopublican , and smokey said. They jumped on your band wagon in full force, telling me what I feel.

Unless there is some indication that someone else acted in concert with him criminally, the police should close the investigation. Its the police job to prepare cases for criminal prosecution, not civil litiagtion. If there is no one left alive to charge criminally, what point is further police invlovment?????

I heard a news person say a suit has been filed for purposes of " justice and gathering information" BS, its for getting money and since the guy is dead and his estate probably not worth zillions, they will sue and collect against Hopkins, who it seems to me would not have much of a way of knowing what he was doing, so the lawsuits and awards will only hurt Hopkins patients in the long run through higher rates.

I suspect that we will find out that he was distributing these pictures in same way and there are others involved.

This is just another attempted money grab against Hopkins' deep pockets because the bum responsible for the wrongs done is dead and judgment proof. The lawyers better have evidence that someone at Hopkins knew what was going on and ignored it or else these lawsuits wont make it to Court.

It really wouldn't matter. Most people would feel a tad distressed ~ to put it mildly ~ knowing that your privacy had been violated by her doctor and that a pervert has used such pictures for whatever gratification purposes, personal or private. And especially if it involved their minor child daughter.

It's the same as having a child abducted, but returned safely afer a short while with no physical harm, and asking what damages were really done.
