How flat did the Terps look? BS looked well prepared, well coached, and well disciplined.

I don't think that BC is all that bad. They have lost some heartbreakers to good teams. They were tough at Comcast. They are like UVA. They spead the floor; use up a lot of clock; and hustle on loose balls and rebounds.

This is not to make excuses for the Terps. THey needed this game. It's just that BC is no walkover.

@HOME, BC lost to Miami by 1 and Duke by 1....so definitely no cake walk.

BC had 11-14 overall record coming into the game. 3-9 in the ACC. 8-5 with a weak non conference schedule

2-8 in their last 10 games

    BC.................................................. .MD
    179th points per game..........................80th
    292nd rebounding................................4th
    209th in assists...................................35th
    171st in FG %.....................................29th

Those numbers are beyond bad....those numbers state the fact BC is a very, very bad team

HOME losses to West Carolina, Dayton, Bryant and Harvard
    AWAY loss to Charleston

last time Miami played them they beat them by 22

BC may even be younger than MD. So that rules that excuse out
Guess we have to face the fact that MD is one of the most inconsistent teams out there.

IMO, Md just isn't that good. From that point of view, you are correct Slap.....no cake walk. But any team they face is no cake walk.

Terps have a lot of nice players with upside potential, but no elite players this year. Nobody is good enough to just take a game over.

    NIT.

Boston College has no fans. Pretty embarrassing. Didn't feel like an ACC game. The school should be given walking papers if it isn't seriously committed to college athletics, outside of hockey.

Beat Clemson and now get clobbered by Georgia Tech (14-12, 4-10), another not-so-good ACC team.

NCAA Tourney chances are now completely dead barring an ACC Tournament win.

Faust - Allen - Howard may be the worst point guard trio in MD history. Unbelievably terrible guard play.

I agree. Painful to watch those three play.

I truly hope we get a pure point guard that can handle the ball without so many turnovers. MADDENING!

I'd be happy with a guy that just values possession. We don't even need the guy to score, geez....

The margin of deficit is the 3 pointers. Tech has 18 points on 3's and Maryland has 6 points on 3's. 12 point difference in 3's. 12 point difference in the game. 71-59 (3 min. left)

I see a win at Wake, a loss to UNC at Comcast, and a loss at UVA.

8-10 ACC record is not NCAA worthy.

I think Howard transfers after the season. Faust and Allen are both 2 guards. Sam Cassell Jr not coming hurt Maryland this year.
