To avoid lying again, to cover his other lie when he said "no person who makes under $250K will see their taxes raised."

Yes, he's good at fooling the sheep, who fawn and genuflect at the mere mention of his name - He Who Can Do No Wrong, Glorious Leader.

And yet.....they'll still lick his boots to explain away his lies.

    Pathetic.

What's pathetic is your potty mouth, angry tone and nasty demeanor. I hope you eat and live healthily cause you're a heart attack or stroke waiting to happen...

Oh, and FYI he was talking income taxes so no that's not why he didn't call it a tax. He didn't call it a tax because he didn't mean for it to be a tax, but if it functions as a tax...and that's what makes it constitutional so be it...

Now get over it... and get ready for the right's next defeat and your next conniption...

Most? Believe most people have health insurance and will therefore not be affected by the mandate. And damned near positive I know what "most" means.

Ad hominem. (Look it up, or ask a grownup).

Meanwhile, while you attack me, you refrained from confirming that the "tax" (verified by SCOTUS as a tax) will affect those who make under $250k per year.

Thus making Glorious Leader Obama a liar. (or you can lie and tell us he never said that )

Go ahead, say it, we all know the answer anyway.

Or continue to lick those boots, ummmm, Obama leather, ummmmm.

Another lie you tell to cover for Your Lord And Savior Glorious Leader.

    Here is Baracka's EXACT QUOTE.

If you can't read it, I can gladly provide it in video form

“I can make a firm pledge,” Mr. Obama said in September 2008. “Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
Do you know what "any form of taxes" means?

Read it again and then admit you are a liar.

The GOP created individual mandate doesn't count as any of those taxes you listed... try again.

    LOL!

They get more hilarious by the minute.

If you're suing somebody for a million bucks because he breached a contract, who, in their right mind,* is gonna withdraw the suit because the judge will only give ya the million based on product liability.

Who gives a damn what the judge's reason is?

    * Note the caveat

Wow, the lengths you will go to avoid admitting your Glorious Leader lied.

Not surprised, not at all. Typical pathetic spoon-fed Obama sheep.

White House: Sorry, Roberts, Obamacare mandate is a penalty, not a tax

    June 29, 2012
The White House argued on Friday that the individual mandate at the heart of Obamacare is a penalty, not a tax, contradicting the Supreme Court's 5-4 ruling a day earlier upholding the historic health care law. But if it is a tax, blame Mitt Romney, spokesman Jay Carney suggested.

"It's a penalty, because you have a choice. You don't have a choice to pay your taxes, right?" Carney told reporters aboard Air Force One. President Barack Obama was on his way to Colorado to view the response to the worst wildfires in the state's history. . .

This makes a lot of sense. The laws should be easily understood by the regular people. I still can't get over how they purposely worded the illegal alien Dream Act the way they did, and will probably word the death penalty and gun laws.

Why can't the ballot just be "Should Illegal Aliens Get In-State Tuition Using OUr Tax Money> Yes or No." and "Should the Death Penalty in Maryland be Abolished Yes No"

Once again, you figured out a way to bring illegal aliens into the conversation
