Stupid burglars mistake jukebox for ATM

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - San Diego police are investigating a burglary at a Hooters restaurant in Rancho Bernardo that was caught on video.

It happened early Tuesday morning. Surveillance video shows a pickup truck pulling up to the front of the restaurant.

One man smashed the glass door and made his way inside. The two culprits then used a tow strap to pull a jukebox out of the lobby. They then loaded it into the bed of the pickup and drove off.

Police say they think the pair mistook the jukebox for an ATM. If you have any information about this, call police.

Today's modern criminal is a clueless buffoon, and the video confirms it.
