Default Couple accused of robbing bar left apartment key

St. Bernard Parish Sheriff James Pohlmann said Robert Clark III, 35, and Jaime Schlosser, 37, were arrested Tuesday on charges of business burglary of a bar after detectives found their key on the floor near a pool table at a Judge Perez Drive bar.

Pohlmann said numerous cartons of cigarettes were taken in the bar break-in that happened after the bar had been closed for the night about 2 a.m. on Jan. 31.

The key fit in the apartment door of the couple in the 2000 block of Culotta Street, detectives said.

    Was it a break-in or a robbery?

Surely you can find more on the story and any related types, like you've been doing on the 15 yr old burglar story.

No shocker that my post was deleted. The OP has a clear agenda and I think her posting history is a part of the discussion.

The OP's title is a lie. (shocker )

She apparently [doesn't] know the difference between a burglary and a robbery.

Robbery is the taking or attempting to take something of value from another person by use of force, threats or intimidation. It is committed in the presence of the victim.

Burglary is the unlawful entry of a ‘structure’ to commit a felony or a theft. Burglary is commonly known as a "break in," or, "breaking and entering."

A lot of posters have agendas. Why does this one get you so upset?

Matt, you have a lot of board left to "moderate" if stating a poster is "too dumb to now the difference" about something.

It's one of the more milder responses offered regularly by the LWNJs, one that that seems to be left alone when they deploy it against those who do not share their "progressiveness."

That being said -- anyone who is too dumb to know the difference between robbery and burglary shouldn't be starting threads about either.

    Jeebus--

That's nice. Tell that to the LWNJs who always claim the moderators are siding with the RWNJs.

Well, this one was not a burglary where someone died. The other thread was about a suspected burglar who was fatally shot by a homeowner and then the accomplice was charged with murder. More legal issues to discuss there.

I was really questioning the OP to see if he knows the difference between burglary and robbery.

I don't know what that poster is whining about. He may have a mental issue.

    RalR--

Now, will you please answer my question about whether this was a burglary or a robbery. Also, you have never answered my question on Locals how you knew the woman who neglected her mother in Cockeysville was native to northern Baltimore County?
