I don't mean durable in the literal sense, but the marketing jargon sense, meaning non-durable goods are ones that you consume. Once you use a bullet it's "consumed", like a soda.

Yep, creating new laws with exemptions will be meaningless "crap". And, creating new laws that require confiscation are DOA and likewise are "crap".

    Glad you finally get it.

"DOA" in the sense that they would be repugnant to the Constitution.

So what laws would violate that?

Confiscation would violate the Second Amendment.

    What article?

The Justice Department memo is saying that more gun laws with exemptions are virtually meaningless.

    Yes it would.

The article you posted, alluding to the memo. Of course it's only crap because the memo is crap.

The Justice Department memo is saying that more gun laws with exemptions are virtually meaningless.
    And they would be wrong.

Wrong! The article is consistent with the Justice Department memo which is entirely accurate.

    And they would be wrong.
Wrong again! The proposed new gun laws will not prevent another mass killing or any criminal homicide. The memo is correct. You are the one that is wrong.

And here I thought you were finally getting it. I was wrong on that score.
