Actually the Constitution grew out of problems with the Articles of Confederation and I'm sure you are familiar with those.

And he must also be aware that the Constitution was intended to increase the power of the federal government.

you can smoke all you want.....u just can't do it wherever you please without the threat of repercussions....again I'll say this: it's always ok to break a law when that law doesn't fit our agenda.....people can justify ANYTHING and that makes it ok.....I smoke pot....do I think it's silly that it's illegal to do so....of course I do but that doesn't make it any less illegal....I don't like the law and I'm doing everything I can (legally) to change it

You have the right to be stupid, gullible, naïve and to be an unassertive lilipad.

That does not mean that they have the authority to ignore the fact that we are ---supposed to be ---free people whose rights are Constitutionally secured.
