Denver police also believe he sent her an unsigned, threatening letter that said: "I keep my 30 Round Magazines There Will Be Blood! I'm Coming For You!" according to an affidavit supporting his arrest.

The letter also mentioned Fields' daughter and said: "Death to Both."

Fields, whose son was shot and killed in 2005 before he was able to testify against a gang member, is sponsoring two bills that aim to close loopholes in private gun sales and limit the capacity of ammunition magazines....

Not only was he arrested, rightfully so, he lost his job too. There is a limit to what constitutes "free speech", and IMHO he absolutely crossed that line.

Sain is a coward who hid behind the keyboard harassing a female and threatening her daughter. He is no vet but a coward. Softec did the right thing and no one should tolerate a racist bigot coward.

The U.S. Secret Service has reviewed profanity-laced e-mails a Colorado Springs man sent Rep. Rhonda Fields two weeks ago, but it is not investigating any further, an official said Thursday.

One of the e-mails warns of an "overthrow of this government" if President Barack Obama "tries to take our guns."....

....Among them was a message that read, "Do you actually think that Americans will put up with this ... I guarantee there is not enough law enforcement or military to stop an all out overthrow of this government if you or that ... President tries to take our guns. ... Guarantee we will make World War I and II look like child's play, many will die ... be prepared."...
