Default Championship Banners/Signage at the Stadium

You guys know how they have the Ring of Honor listed in the Upper Deck right? And in between them it there are signs for 2003, 2006, 2011 AFCN Champions, 2000 AFC Champions and 2000 World Champions. Well my question is how on earth are they going to add 2012 AFCN, AFC and World Champion signs without taking the old ones down or removing names from the ring of honor? Has anyone thought or heard about this? And do you think they could resort to using banners?

Nice problem to have isn't it.

Hopefully they'll add stuff visible on all concorses in several areas...in addition to whatever they put up that'll be visible from the seats.

I've wondered about this too. I think they might make the years for each type of championship smaller - kind of like the Johnny U and the Colts Ring of Honor sign. So yes, I think the old ones will come down and replaced by a new version. I don't think it'll impact the Ring of Honor players... until they start running out of space for them too.

Yeah or they could possibly take down the 4 AFC North Champions banners. I mean once you start racking up super bowl rings you don't really care about divisional titles

Just combine the division titles to one banner with the years listed to make room for ANOTHER WORLD CHAMPIONS BANNER!!!

Do the same for the world champions banner. We expect multiples.

Shoot, I would add a banner for Super Bowl V, just don't name the Colts, just 1970 SB Champs. Make the banner blue and white. I am sure the NFL would love that.

maybe they could make it a random digital display like they have on the billboard on Russell Street, something like...Super Bowl champs....(next)...Division Champs....(next)...appearing soon in concert Uriah Heep (next)....etc...

they could start hanging their signs/banners at FedEx field. DC hasn't been using their designated championship banner space since that stadium opened.

I've always thought they should put up a small banner / flag for each playoff appearance too. It's always an accomplishment to be proud of, regardless of how far you get. Flaunt it...

Maybe the Orioles. Not the Ravens.

I would add BALTIMORE to that banner, perfect.

How bout using numbers instead of names for the Ring of Honor?
Can strike up conversation between generations and quizzing between fans.

...though #44, im sure will always be a stumper.
