I take the point to be about more crazy people with guns.

Including teabaggging right wing militia members.

Where in the posted article does it indicate that she stole the gun?

Denison was armed with a gun when she left her home Tuesday afternoon and had permission to pick up the boys from daycare, state police spokesman Lt. J. Paul Vance said.
What was clear Wednesday was that Debra Denison battled with mental-health issues. Brenda and Jeremy Perry told WVIT-30 Tuesday that Denison “suffered from split personalities,” or bipolar disorder.
Doesn’t seem like the best choice of a person trusted to watch your children. Seems like the potential for things to go horribly wrong is pretty high under those circumstances.

    My condolences to the family.

That is because the bleeding heart liberal idiots on this board only want to infringe on gun owners rights. I don't hear any of these leftist jack asses calling for a mandatory million dollar car insurance.

NOt who cares about the deaths, who cares that she didn't have troublegeting a gun. The gun is not to blame.

I guess the kids don't anymore, but it is odd to see you gloat about that.

For all you know she could have had that gun for the last fifty years. Do I smell burning squid meat?

It's probably just your upper lip again, since that doesn't contradict anything I wrote.

I figure if we have to hear a dozen stories a week about how great gun wielders are, we can hear the other side of the story every once in a while as well.

No, it just makes your comment pointless and thoughtless.

FWIW...the story I read said it was her husbands gun. But that's all it said...nothing about where it was kept etc.

That's not likely, as the article gives her age as 47.

Like 10, 20, or 30 years would make a great deal of difference to the issue, huh?

This is like talking to children who go all Perry Mason when they don't want to eat their peas.
