So, you would have no problem with a campaign aimed at only White Americans, Asian Americans, or any other single nationality or race?

Well I'm white so a campaign aimed at white Americans is fine with me.

Seriously, I think McDonald's is just trying to reach out and show respect for African American culture (it's a subtle marketing tool but there is probably some good intentions buried in there somewhere); I don't think they want to offend anyone. Knowing McDonald's they either have had or probably will have programs/campaigns targeted for the other groups you have mentioned as well.

The Ronald McDonald house helps children; according to their site, McDonald's is their largest corporate donor. Should I be offended because I am an adult?
