Yes. Not so much haters as terp fans that don't like the idea of Navy doing well, as it detracts from terp monopoly of D1 football in this area.

Congratulations to everyone on the Navy football team!!!! My grandfather has to be the happiest man seeing Navy beat ND for the second time in 3 years with both wins coming in South Bend. My football weekend is going great and just got greater with the Navy win today. GO NAVY, BEAT ARMY!!!!

Watching ND this year has made me want to pull my hair out on a weekly basis. It was a lot easier on me today because I respect and appreciate the men who beat them. Great win for the program.

Nice of you to say. Have to admit, you are one of the few irish fans i respect/like (ie, you seem to be in touch with reality, and haven't had too much of the Irish cool-aide). Good luck the rest of the season.

I saw most of their near-defeat of Ohio State and was afraid of this game ever since. Today's game was a perfect matchup for the Mids--strong running game against a terrible run defense. Credit their fundamentals, attention to detail and capitalizing on ND's offensive mistakes. The missed field goals, interception near the goal line and the Floyd drop (AAARRRGHH) near mid field at the end were all mistakes and Navy made us pay dearly. Navy's DBs did a great job of defending the deep third and jump balls.

Even though Temple is pretty good, I think it would've taken a win against them at home last week to get us close.

If the Irish were playing the Pittsburgh Steelers, I would root for the Steelers.

Thank God indeed.
This loss officially eliminates them from BCS contention.
That ND was considered for the BCS in itself is a joke.

They were no. 26 before they lost to Temple. Let's see where this win puts them.

Imagine if Navy could atleast get the recruits that would normally go to Stanford, Duke or even Vandy. You figure those kids with their gpa and SAT scores could get into USNA
