No real issue with this list. Despite having alot of talent, I think people are taking a wait and see approach with Friendly.

Well the thing that is kind of off about the lack of Friendly being in the top 25 is that the Magazine also predicts the championship games and they predict Seneca Valley to beat Friendly in the 3A championship game.

I agree totally. Friendly just picked two good transfers from DeMatha as well.

Why is Gilman over Mcdonogh a surprise? Gilman beat Mcdonogh last year.

Every year Lackey is in the top 10 (this year they are 11). - Come on most years they don't make it out of the region, it's getting old - what gives?

They made it out the region last year and lost in the state title game in 2004. In 2005 and 2006 they won at least 7 games and lost in the playoffs to the eventual state champs both times. They are a very consistent program.

if friendly can play it straight they will be up there.

lackey looks a little high. bulls had them 28-0 down and won 35-20 not so long ago.

where's dmass?

bet the douglas pg coaches are po-ed as the bulls have bullitin board material already. the bulls handled them last season at their house 38-18. they visit the zone 9/5. lots of respect between these 2 programs.

Friendly is playing James Brown "THE BIG PAYBACK" all season as a theme song. Talk about disrespect..........Man this team is going to have a hellava chip on their shoulder. ME AGAINST THE WORLD ATTITUDE for sure.

DJ - thanks for the info. All the accolades you give Lackey can be said about alot of teams that are not in the top ten of the magazine every year. No disrespect to Lackey, just don't think they deserve an automatic top 10 (or 11) spot every year.
