Home Depot would be good therapy for me too.

 

I actually enjoy going to Home Depo and smelling the lawn chemicals... :eek::D

our peepers are out in our pond cranking away and the koi are pretty active .......

 

buds are on some of the trees, crokus and other shoots are 6"-8" high ........

 

I'll be working in the garden today ........

 

started some cool weather seeds indoors 2 weeks ago and have some blueberry plants I want to get in the ground soon .......

 

boat permit has arrived and the reservoir is now open .....

the little blue flowers are called speedwell. but that blooms all year if we get some sunny days along with other things like groundsel dandelion etc...

As much as I enjoy winter, I must admit that when I hear the spring peepers emerge, I feel like I want open the porch door to the fresh air and sit on my screened in porch and listen to them all night with a candle burning on the table next to my porch rocking chair. That is my favorite thing about spring.

We made suet balls for the birds so they could eat during this snow storm and yesterday I saw a Robin out there. That's a good sign.

A little bit off topic here but I had a friend that was putting out seeds for these birds over at his house. They would never eat them. Finally one day someone told him at the birds he was trying to feed were insect eaters
