Most voters and taxpayers form their impressions of the FBI from radio, television and print media. When is the last time you saw an investigative story on the number of FBI agents arrested for pedophilia?
When is the last time you saw a story about a FBI agent arrested for pedophilia? What kind of crimes against children would motivate you to contact your members of Congress to say No to FBI agents being allowed
to investigate crimes of child abuse. I will post material here that details
recent cases of FBI agents arrested and sued for pedophilia. I think if
we were to compare arrest records for pedophilia against other similar size corporations we would find the number of FBI agents arrested and sentenced significantly higher. This of course begs the question are pedophiles attracted to working for the FBI?
I want to start with the civil trial of Edward Rodgers, the former head of the FBI Child Abuse program who went to work for the Colorado State Attorney General when he retired from the FBI.
Rodgers was sued by his two daughters in civil court for sexually abusing them since they were very young girls , 3 or 4 years old if the court record is correct. The daughters ,now in their 50's, could not file criminal charges against him because the statute of limitations had run out. Rodgers never showed up for trial, his lawyer said he recently talked to him near the Mexican border. The jury awarded the daughter
close to $1million dollars apiece, doubling the amount of their original request. Here is the article. http://headwaterspro...s/article5.html

Heck, seems on just regular crime, the EYE has jurisdiction in Ballymore, just cause they were asked to join in an investigation or task force.

You raise a valid point, except I wanted to start with the older arrest records, showing at what level of FBI Management these predators came from as in the previous case he worked at the FBI Child Abuse program.
But, as I said you have a somewhat valid point.FBI Supervisor John Conditt was head of the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility.
He job was to investigate other FBI agents for criminal misconduct.
He was recently sentenced to 12 years in prison for having sex with
children 7 years old including the children of FBI agents. I don't want to add new dimensions to the discussion at this point but his arrest and sentencing should call into question FBI agents he investigated especially if the cases involved pedophilia. google john conditt fbi sentenced
Here is the article related to his arrest and conviction.

Given the nature of Internet Protocol (IP), it's very possible (and almost 100% likely) that the sender of child porn via email, website, FTP, chat, ICQ or whatever will have his data packets containing the kiddie porn, transverse routers and servers across not just state, but international, borders.

It's the very much the same as wire fraud, or another electronic crime taking place, so yes, the FBI should have automatic jurisdiction.

Please do the links correctly. Start with the "http://" and don't put spaces where they don't belong (as between usatoday. and com). It will make things a lot easier. Thanks.

One of my areas of concern is the FBI Adopt a School program.
see http://richmond.fbi.gov/adopt.htm
A couple of years back we brought attorney John DeCamp to
speak and talk about his book called The Franklin Coverup see
http://www.american-...ncoverup.14.htm
DeCamp was a soldier in Vietnam when he ran for the office of State Senate in Nebraska. He was elected as a Republican to the Senate and went on to serve 17 years in Nebraska politics. His friend and mentor in Vietnam was William Colby who went on to become head of the CIA. The Franklin Coverup looks at the FBI coverup of a national pedophile ring operating out of Omaha Nebraka that supplied children to politicians and corporate CEO's. Children were supplied to the predators in several ways. According to court documents, Catholic Priests at Boystown funneled kids who were then used as child prostitutes. Some children who wound up in the pedophile club were kidnapped from the street, tortured and used to lure other children to be kidnapped. After the corporate CEO's and politicians sexually abused some of the children they murdered the kids .
Yes, the primary clientele of this pedophile ring were politicians and corporate executives. After attorney DeCamp exposed these predators
the Nebraska legislature appointed a special prosecutor Gary Cardori
whose private plane disintegrated in the air when he was returning
from Chicago with evidence to take down the perps. see
http://www.franklinf...opicID=34462649 DeCamp approached his friend William Colby and asked him what he should do with the evidence he had accumulated. Colby told him it involved people in high office and he should back off the investigation. DeCamp , in fear of his life, ignored Colby's advice and sued one of the pedophiles in civil court on behalf of 2 children who were victims of the pedophile ring. DeCamp won the lawsuit. William Colby was found murdered not to long after DeCamp visited with him. see http://www.franklinf...opicID=33881450

Should FBI agents be allowed to investigate pedophilia?

1- The Federal Government has no constitutional authority to create the FBI

History of the FBI

Origins: 1908 - 1910

but in 1908, the establishment of this kind of agency at a national level was highly controversial. The U.S. Constitution is based on "federalism:" a national government with jurisdiction over matters that crossed boundaries, like interstate commerce and foreign affairs, with all other powers reserved to the states.

2- The FBI is guilty of murder in the Matter of the Davidians . The incinerated/gassed 22 children.

3- The federal government has no authority to criminalize pedophillia:

2. _Resolved_, That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, and no other crimes whatsoever; and it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people," therefore the act of Congress, passed on the 14th day of July, 1798, and intituled "An Act in addition to the act intituled An Act for the punishment of certain crimes against the United States," as also the act passed by them on the -- day of June, 1798, intituled "An Act to punish frauds committed on the bank of the United States," (and all their other acts which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution,) are altogether void, and of no force; and that the power to create, define, and punish such other crimes is reserved, and, of right, appertains solely and exclusively to the respective States, each within its own territory.

Any discussion of FBI agents engaging in pedophilia needs to be framed
within the context of the organizational model of the agency.
Is the organizational model of the FBI that of a law enforcement agency or was the FBI created back in 1920 by corporations as a death squad posing as a law enforcement agency?
Another question is how many FBI agents have to be arrested for pedophilia before voters and taxpayers start paying attention to the problem. Are Americans suffering from a FBI version of the Stockholm Syndrome . You may remember the Stockholm Syndrome is when prisoners of war became sympathetic to the ideals of their captors.
What happens when a child files pedophile charges against a FBI agent and then is found dead? We have the curious case of Conneticut FBI agent William Hutton charged with pedophilia.
The charges are dropped when the child is found dead. Did
the media report on this? No. Here is a little lesson for you on
FBI Web Cleansing. Try and find the original articles on FBI agent Huttons arrest. Then try and find the original article about the charges being dropped when the child was found dead. The operative word here is ORIGINAL NEWSPAPER ARTICLE. Then see the following links.

COUNTRY FOCUS: Afghanistan. What America and NATO has returned to Afghanistan: the flourishing business of bacha bazi (boy play). America's ruling elite in Afghanistan use boys as young as 11 as "dancing boys" and for sexual molestation. The Taliban stamped out this arcane homosexual-pedophile practice. Hint: Hamid Karzai is said to enjoy the entertainment of "dancing boys."

One of the questions that Senator Barbara Mikulski refuses to ask about FBI Director J Edgar Hoover is "was Hoover a pedophile"?
see http://www.time.com/...,977793,00.html
Of course Senator barbie doll Mikulski also refuses to ask the question
"was current FBI Director Mueller a principal architect in the coverup of the BCCI banking scandal" ? see http://www.informati...article3333.htm
Don't worry Barbie Doll, FBI Mueller has you covered. Come election
time the FBI crime family will have Leonard Gates committing voter fraud for you. Say what? You didn't know Leonard Gates blew the whistle on voter fraud he was committing for FBI agents? google

It's hot when you have someone witnessing the Director of the FBI having sex with young boys. Of course if you are a FBI agent angry about having to work for the FBI , a organized crime family, then I can see why you lack compassion for boys who have been diddled by the Director of the FBI see http://www.time.com/...,977793,00.html You may also want to see I am sorry you want more recent material detailing FBI agents getting arrested for pedophilia

Sounds like the mental health industry is striking out for a more central way of controlling law at the Federal level rather then the reasoning of each state on legislation and policing actions concerning pedophilia.
I am certain that after the dust of centuries has passed over our cities, we, too, will be remembered not for victories or defeats in battle or in politics, but for our contribution to the humanspirit.

In reading responses to my post take into account there will be FBI agents posting material that is half truths, gibberish or material designed to make you loose your focus on these predators. see

FBI agent Lesko could be a poster child for FBI agents and how they behave when they get arrested for pedophilia. A very special FBI agent Lesko blamed the 9 year old girl and said she was the one who initiated sexual contact with him. He had sex with the 9 year old girl 9 or more times since she initiated the sexual activity. Notice the small prison sentence he received for his crimes. see link for full story

Should the FBI be allowed to investigate pedophilia if some of its agents have been involved in a pedophile ring that murdered children after sexually abusing them?

Larry King, FBI agent Gerry Wahl/ Alan Baer, Harold Andersen, and a former Omaha Police Chief have all been reported as collaborators with this Satanic military-based ring. King reportedly told Paul's captors at Offutt, "He's young-but you trained him good." A member of Nebraska's Concerned Parents group reported hearing from two North Omaha witnesses that "King used to send limousines down to Offutt Air Base to pick up CIA agents for parties." Larry King reported his own adoring relationship to the late CIA Director William Casey in a Sept. 7, 1988, interview in the Omaha publication Metropolitan.
