The White Sox are fresh off getting swept by the Yankees so they should take 2/3 from the O's handily. Quintana dominated them in Chicago earlier although looks a bit different tonight.

Brandon Schneider, son of fallen Police Officer Jason Schneider, will be throwing out tonight's first pitch.

Throw 'em a good one, Brandon!

I left Bmore while the Colts were still there and never became a Ravens fan although I will root for them when they don't play the 49ers which unfortunately they did in the Super Bowl. :)

...wow, Jones takes a walk!

Thorne's still talking about Davis catching Maris ... Oy ...

He's talking to himself

Orioles have embarrassed Baltimore, for the 100th time it's been said that the Ravens are the first defending g Champion not to open at home I. Ten years, because of the Orioles.

It's been 30 years since the Orioles were defending Champs, so very sad

Wow! A ten year tradition broken. Screw the Ravens evermore.:)

I love Thorne, but that was such a stretch to even bring it up.

You are blaming the wrong guy. A producer is the one responsible for putting up the graphic. Now if the "guys in the truck" are really doing their job, they will put up a graphic about the number of "blown" shut down inning now (O's are second worst next to, ironically, Boston.)

Anyway, O's need a shut down inning.

AND John Harbaugh (who vetoed certain alternatives...but funny how no one begrudges Harbaugh for turning down a Sunday home game opener) AND the player's union AND the White Sox front office (the latter two having about zero particular reason to satisfy Baltimore sports fans). I'm no fan of PA, for other reasons, but I believe he honestly tried to work something, to the best of his power and ability, he's smart enough to suspect (and he'd be correct) that if for WHATEVER reason it simply logisically couldn't happen, he and no one else would be blamed.

Good, then I can still love Gary!
